Surrounded by your closest friends and family, you’ll begin by choosing a poem to ground your ceremony and set the tone for the moment. From there, you’ll exchange simple, heartfelt vows by repeating after me, making it easy to stay present with each other without having to prepare anything in advance.
Perfect for couples who prefer simplicity, are planning something last-minute, or simply want a meaningful way to say “I do” without the stress of a larger event. No fuss, no spectacle … just a warm, intimate ceremony centred on your love and the promises you’re making to one another.

For those who want their ceremony to be a touch more personal, a Sweet & Romantic package strikes the perfect balance.
Together, we’ll create a ceremony that feels beautifully true to the two of you. Through a thoughtful, tailored questionnaire, I’ll get to know your love story and little details that make your relationship uniquely yours, and weave them into a ceremony that feels personal and genuine.
When it comes to your vows, you can keep things simple with meaningful “repeat-after-me” vows, or write your own with the help of my gentle vow-writing prompts.
The result is a ceremony filled with sweetness and heart—a beautiful reflection of your love and the story that brought you to this moment.

Your Handcrafted Dream Wedding
This is where your wedding dreams come to life. Your Ceremony package is a deeply personal experience, thoughtfully crafted to celebrate and elevate your personal love story, sharing it with your family and friends in a way that is authentic and meaningful.
Through an in-depth questionnaire, I’ll get to know you both and begin co-creating a ceremony that’s as special and unique as your relationship. From there, I’ll prepare your first draft, followed by a Shaping Your Ceremony session – a dedicated time for us to bring all the details together. This is where your wedding dreams truly come to life, as we refine the flow, tone, traditions, and personal touches that will make your ceremony unmistakably yours.
We can incorporate a beautiful ritual, such as handfasting, tree planting, or a ring warming; select a poem or reading that resonates with you; and, with my support, write your own personal vows. Once your ceremony is complete, I’ll send you the full script for your review and approval, ensuring every word feels authentically you.
This package also includes a rehearsal, communication with your vendor team—including a detailed ceremony cue sequence for your planner, photographer, and DJ—and my full support leading up to your special day. Based in Nelson, BC, I will happily travel throughout the Kootenays and beyond to celebrate your wedding wherever your story unfolds.
Travel within 70 km of Nelson is included in all ceremony packages. Beyond 70km, we can discuss a travel & mileage fee.
For weddings farther afield, I’ll provide a simple travel quote that reflects time, distance, or accommodation when required – so you’ll always know the full investment before booking.
